Ireland - Geographic Information Systems Development, Managed Services and Support

The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage in Ireland is seeking geographic information systems development, managed services, and support. The agency requires these services to support informed, evidence-based decision-making, project delivery, data management, and communication through analytical and visualization tools. The agency also provides public access to geospatial data as Open Data for use by the public sector, private sector, and academia. The scope of work covers services delivered primarily from the Department's public-facing cloud infrastructure or software-as-a-service platforms. Managed service support relates to new or existing infrastructure and includes infrastructure design, deployment, and operational support in areas such as security, availability, performance, and ongoing maintenance. Applications requested under this contract include web-based GIS solutions, stand-alone applications, and mobile GIS applications. The agency requires specific personnel roles to perform the work, including Project Managers, GIS Developers, GIS Solutions Architects, GIS Business Analysts, Spatial Database Administrators/Developers, Senior GIS Professionals, GIS Professionals/Analysts, and GIS Graduates. The existing environment includes an Enterprise Agreement with ESRI for the full range of ArcGIS Desktop/Pro plus extensions, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS online. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in Ireland only. The performance of the work will take place offsite.
