Artist-In-Residence Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide artist-in-residence services focused on community healing and cultural preservation. The selected artist will design and deliver artmaking workshops that address topics such as fire recovery, climate change, healing through artmaking, storytelling, shared memory, place, history, and cultural preservation. These workshops must provide a dedicated space for the community to express themselves creatively while elevating and preserving local culture, stories, and memories. The scope of work requires the development of a comprehensive workshop plan detailing the design, schedule, curation, and locations for the series. The artist may engage and collaborate with other artists, culture bearers, subject matter experts, community leaders, and arts and culture organizations to enrich the program. All contract performance will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders. Clarifying questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted to the agency no later than June 09, 2026.
