RFI for Public Art Service

The agency is seeking an artist, artist team, or artist and fabricator team to create site-specific public art installations at the upcoming environmental and street services south facility. The project aims to solve the lack of visual engagement in the workplace by creating colorful, comfortable, and inviting environments that foster interaction, creativity, and pride. The scope of work covers designing and fabricating the artwork according to approved designs, ensuring all components are structurally sound and compliant with safety standards. The installations must prioritize high-use areas including outdoor staff gathering areas, interior flex and breakout spaces, and training rooms. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this public art service. A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 29, 2026.
