Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and Accessibility Consulting Services

A government authority in Los Angeles, California is seeking diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility consulting services to advance its organizational initiatives. The agency needs to solve the challenge of designing and delivering customized training, coaching, and strategic planning solutions across all workforce levels, including frontline staff, supervisors, managers, and executive leadership. The project covers virtual, in-person, or hybrid training formats, as well as executive, leadership, and team coaching designed to enhance performance and support organizational goals.
