Janitorial Services

The government authority in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its Project Office and other administrative areas. The agency requires these services to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment in accordance with current industry standards. The selected provider must resolve the need for regular facility upkeep, including the elimination of dust, dirt, streaks, and objectionable odors in restrooms and common areas. The scope of work covers weekly services performed on Tuesdays, monthly services, washing of outside windows, carpet shampooing, and additional vacuuming and mopping across all areas. Tasks include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, polishing, washing, disinfecting, removing waste to government-provided dumpsters, and replacing hand soaps, paper towels, toilet tissue, and deodorizers. The agency defines acceptable performance as floors free of dust streaks, marks, and dirt in corners, behind doors, or under furniture, as well as restrooms free of objectionable odors. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all work to be performed onsite at the Little Rock facility. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this procurement.
