Citywide Janitorial Services

The City of Temple, California is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, citywide janitorial services across all municipal locations. The agency requires a partner to maintain clean, sanitary, and professional environments for its staff and the public. To solve this ongoing maintenance need, the selected provider must supply all necessary personnel, materials, cleaning supplies, equipment, transportation, and safety apparatus. The scope of work covers extensive daily and routine cleaning tasks for all designated facilities. The contractor must empty all waste containers, replace trash bags, and transport waste to dumpsters. Cleaning duties include wiping down desks, file cabinets, tables, office furniture, countertops, doors, mirrors, and drinking fountains. Restroom maintenance requires cleaning and disinfecting commodes, urinals, partitions, sinks, chrome fixtures, stainless steel, and diaper-changing stations. The agency also requires the contractor to provide all consumables for all locations, including trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, urinal cakes, air fresheners, toilet seat covers, hand soap, and waterless urinal cartridges. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. All contracted work must be performed entirely onsite at the designated city facilities.
