The Town of Holden Beach, North Carolina, is seeking a contractor to provide professional janitorial services for its government authority facilities. The agency requires these services to maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional environment for staff and visitors. Cleaning operations are scheduled to begin during the first week of July 2026 and will take place during business hours on a mutually agreed upon day. The scope of work requires the contractor to use commercial-grade cleaners designed to kill germs and viruses. Tasks include sanitizing door handles, door edges, and light switches in lobbies, meeting rooms, copy areas, and hallways. The selected provider must also clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures, including toilet bowls, urinals, basins, and sinks, as well as tabletops, countertops, chairs, and other fixtures. Additionally, the work involves emptying recycling and trash containers from common areas and restrooms and carrying the waste to outside carts. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires all work to be performed onsite at the Holden Beach location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and has not disclosed a pre-determined funding limit.
