The Wallingford, Connecticut government authority is seeking a custodial company to provide cleaning services for its facility. The agency requires cleaning two days per week, with the schedule structured so that the building is completely clean for the start of business every Monday. The contract period will span three years. The scope of work covers all administrative wings, including both carpeted and non-carpeted areas, with the exception of the lowest level bare concrete floor. Specific areas requiring cleaning include the second-floor classroom, the basement conference room, the clerical office including the elevator, and carpeted runners. The selected vendor must also clean the chiefs' offices, the hallway, and the medic area located half a flight up. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite at the Wallingford facility.
