The Virginia Department of Transportation Edinburg Residency is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for multiple locations within the residency in Edinburg, Virginia. The selected contractor must furnish all necessary supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, cleaning supplies, and incidentals required to perform these services. The scope of work requires weekly cleaning services to be performed starting after 4:30 PM and completed no later than 4:00 AM. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite at the designated agency locations. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the contract cost. The agency will host a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visits on June 18, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 24, 2026. The contract period will run for one year from the date of award.
