Lake Janitorial Service

The Minnesota government authority is seeking a contract vendor to provide lake janitorial services for approximately 2400 square feet of main office space. The agency needs to maintain a clean, sanitary, and secure office environment through regular maintenance of floors, walls, fixtures, and breakroom areas. The state will furnish all mechanical equipment, power equipment, vacuum systems, floor machines, and cleaning supplies, including soaps, paper products, and garbage bags. The scope of work requires vacuuming all carpeting and floor mats, mopping floors, dusting, and spot-washing walls as needed. The selected vendor must clean windows, wash breakroom tables and counters, and clean the coffeepot as well as the interior and exterior of the microwave. Bathroom maintenance requires cleaning and disinfecting all sinks, toilets, urinals, chrome fittings, doorknobs, and mirrors, alongside refilling paper towel dispensers from the agency's stock. The agency requires the vendor to secure all entries and exits during the performance of duties, ensure doors are never propped open, and lock all doors upon leaving. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations only. Although the work description details on-site office cleaning, the agency specifies that the performance of the work will be offsite and the vendor needs to carry out work in their own office location.
