Fleet Vehicle Washing and Cleaning Services

The Lee County Port Authority in Fort Myers, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide fleet vehicle washing and cleaning services. The agency requires regular maintenance of its fleet to ensure vehicles remain clean, presentable, and well-maintained. All work must be performed offsite at the vendor's own facility, which must be located within the United States. The scope of work covers comprehensive exterior cleaning and as-requested interior cleaning. Exterior services must include a high-pressure rinse, soap application with an exterior scrub, wheel and tire cleaning, a spot-free rinse or drying, and an undercarriage rinse when applicable. Interior services require trash and debris removal, vacuuming of floors, mats, and seats, and wiping down dashboards, consoles, and other interior surfaces. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all clarifying questions regarding the solicitation no later than June 18, 2026. Only United States-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this contract.
