The government authority in Arizona is seeking prime consulting services for a terminal modernization program at the international airport. The selected consultant will complete building system demand, capacity, and code requirement assessments, providing recommendations for connections to existing airport infrastructure including water, sanitary, gas, power, and stormwater. The scope of work also includes completing a design feasibility study to validate spatial constraints identified in the Project Definition Report, conducting a vehicle traffic study on departures and arrivals levels, and developing a passenger facilitation strategy covering automations and wayfinding. Additionally, the agency requires branding and theme works, ticketing and bag claim planning, and security screening design. At the sole discretion of the airport authority, the project may optionally extend to include preliminary and detailed design, construction administration, and closeout services for the terminal modernization program. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit pricing proposals as the agency has not disclosed a specific budget for this project.
