Multisystemic Therapy Service

The government authority located in Des Moines, Iowa is seeking a vendor to provide multisystemic therapy services. The agency is trying to reduce long-term rates of serious delinquent acts in juveniles and decrease rates of out-of-home placements for these youth. Additionally, the agency aims to achieve extensive improvements in family functioning and decrease mental health problems for juveniles with serious delinquent acts. The scope of work requires the vendor to provide multisystemic therapy services where staff are directly supervised by a highly skilled, Masters-prepared clinician trained in behavioral, cognitive behavioral, and pragmatic family therapies. The selected provider must also deliver a court progress report outlining program participation within a maximum of two calendar weeks. The performance of this work will occur offsite over a contract period of one year. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the services. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 17, 2026.
