The requested solution must enable access to clinical research and support regulatory compliance across various domains of healthcare policy and administration. To achieve this, the platform needs to provide regulatory information, position statements and guidelines, payer policies, and ongoing clinical studies. The scope of work covers drug life-cycle intelligence, market and financial analytics, litigation and regulatory monitoring, integration and accessibility, pharmaceutical analysis briefs, and an evidence-based knowledge browser. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. While the agency is looking for proposals to define the budget, the resulting contract period will span five years.
