Special Planning, Programming, Inspections and Other Consulting Services

The Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education on behalf of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas is seeking a vendor to provide special planning, programming, inspections, and other consulting services. The agency requires these specialty consulting services across various disciplines and scope levels for all university facilities in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project covers special inspection and testing services, asbestos documentation and monitoring services, and commissioning, testing, adjusting, and balancing professional engineering services. The selected vendor must also provide monitoring services, utility and line location services, and professional estimating services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 12, 2026.
