Citizens Re-Organization Empowerment Grant (CREG) Program Service

The Department of State in Albany, New York, is seeking a vendor to administer the Citizens Re-Organization Empowerment Grant program. The agency needs to provide financial and technical assistance to local governments for planning and implementation activities related to the re-organization of municipal government and government functions.
