High School Equivalency Records Service

The Pennsylvania government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive solution for the receipt, generation, distribution, and secure storage of high school equivalency records, transcripts, and credentials. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing these records efficiently while ensuring secure storage and seamless distribution to record holders and authorized requesters. The selected vendor must also provide dedicated customer service and assistance to record holders and requesters. The scope of work requires the vendor to receive daily data transfers from agency-approved publishers and transfer this data back to the agency upon request. Additionally, the vendor must provide statistical reports, offer real-time database authorization to authorized agency staff, and communicate regularly with the agency regarding any irregularities and potential solutions. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite over a contract period of five years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of the services.
