The agency is seeking a modern, flexible, and scalable Commonwealth Attorney case management software to organize and track case file information. The desired software must be easy to use and navigate, generate documents for use both in and out of court, and provide long-term digital storage of case files. The requested scope of work covers a solution that allows for scanning additional information into cases and adding various types of media to case files. The program must function as a powerful database that generates reports and statistics within selected parameters and features a robust search engine. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America.
