Cloud-Based Accounting Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a fully cloud-based accounting software platform to replace its current systems. The required system must handle invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash receipting, general ledger, fixed assets, purchase orders, and bank reconciliations. Additionally, the agency requires a lease accounting solution for compliance reporting, with financial data transferred via summary journal entries. The scope of work covers implementation, configuration, and testing services for the new platform. The selected vendor must perform data migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP and related systems, as well as integration with current and future operational systems.
