Professional Event Planner Services

The New Mexico Public Education Department Priority Schools Bureau is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive professional event planner services. The selected vendor will assume full responsibility for storing, handling, maintaining inventory, and shipping books, materials, and technology. The scope of work covers managing the Priority Schools Bureau website, including its program-specific microsites, and directing social media efforts for several initiatives. For virtual events, the vendor must maintain and manage a Virtual Attendee Hub and an online registration system. For in-person events, the vendor must provide all necessary materials, supplies, professional graphic design, and printed agendas and templates. The vendor must provide electronic attendance tracking with hard copies delivered after every virtual and in-person event. To perform these services, the vendor is required to maintain a variety of subscription services. The agency restricts eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit or key procurement dates in the initial announcement.
