Campus Card and Mobile Credential System

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive campus card and mobile credential system. This solution must deliver secure identification, access control, stored-value payments, and mobile services to support daily campus operations. The agency needs a system that handles physical card issuance and management, real-time or near real-time data synchronization, and online user account management. The scope of work requires mobile credentials on iOS and Android platforms, allowing the use of mobile phones for payments and future door access. Physical cards and mobile credentials must display a human-readable card number alongside a scannable, machine-readable identifier to support manual entry or automated capture. The system must also allow the agency to issue, reissue, suspend, revoke, and restore credentials, including temporary or limited-purpose credentials for guests, visitors, and affiliates.
