Gate Pass Program Services

The Wayne County Airport Authority is seeking a contractor to provide gate pass program services that allow non-traveling members of the public to obtain a pass for screening and access to gate areas at the international airport. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing and screening non-traveling visitors who wish to access secure airport gate areas. The project covers the creation of a hosted, white-label, responsive registration portal for unlimited public pass applications, deployed on a subdomain of the authority's website. The agency also requires a gate pass program management application that enables authority staff to configure system parameters, manage pass allotments and airport stop lists, and generate usage reports. Bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is offering a contract period of three years and is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services.
