RFI for AI-Intelligent Automation Support Services

The issuing agency is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing a comprehensive suite of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and intelligent automation support services to support the intelligent automation division's diverse portfolio. The agency requires support for AI/ML-based autonomous systems spanning from concept design through fielding and sustainment. To solve these technical challenges, the agency needs software engineering and programming support to implement automation and AI/ML software in systems, sub-systems, and components utilizing computers, electronics, and software. The scope of work covers data and configuration management of autonomous Artificial Intelligence (AAI) and Machine Learning (AI/ML) enabled systems, as well as AI/ML algorithm development. The selected partner must also perform DevSecOps, ML Ops, IT infrastructure engineering, prototyping, model making, and general software engineering. Additionally, the agency requires analyses, assessments, test and evaluation, cybersecurity systems and network support, safety and ethical assurance, and integrated logistics support. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency specifies that all performance of the work will take place offsite. The anticipated contract period for these services will be for one year. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-determined funding limit.
