Artificial Intelligence Immersive Roleplaying Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide artificial intelligence immersive roleplaying software to deliver scenario-based learning experiences focused on soft-skill development. The requested software must feature a core immersive roleplay learning experience, AI-driven conversation and feedback, and behavioral skills assessment and coaching. Additionally, the scope of work includes content and scenario design, multi-modal learning and delivery, analytics and reporting, instructional integration, and engagement and learning design. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to cover a contract period of one year. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted to the agency no later than June 15, 2026.
