Transition Assistance Program Administrative Assistant Service

The Military and Family Readiness Center at Hill, Utah, is seeking Transition Assistance Program administrative assistant services to support separating and retiring service members. The scope of work covers managing the lifecycle of all transition workshops within the agency and event systems, including creating sessions, updating data, and assigning service members to appointments. The selected provider must assemble and maintain an inventory of tier-specific folders, distribute email reminders to registered service members five business days before classes, and retrieve digital or printed documents from the misconnects database upon request. Daily classroom duties include setting up instructional tools and audio-visual assets thirty minutes prior to start time, managing the daily issuance and recovery of government-provided computer assets with a tracking log, and verifying student attendance twice daily. Unexcused absences require notification to the service member's leadership within sixty minutes of the workshop start or post-lunch roll call. Personnel must complete initial and refresher mission-essential computer-based training within five days of reporting for duty. The agency requires the services Monday through Friday from 0730 to 1630, excluding holidays, installation down days, and inclement weather, with a one-hour lunch break taken between 1100 and 1300. All records, files, and documents generated during this contract remain the property of the government. Eligible bidders must perform the work offsite and be located onshore within the United States.
