Safety Management System

The City is seeking a comprehensive Safety Management System to modernize and standardize its safety-related processes across the organization. The agency needs to solve challenges related to regulatory compliance, incident and claims management, and organizational risk exposure. This initiative aims to support data-driven decision-making and promote a proactive safety culture through real-time reporting and analytics. The requested scope of work covers incident and hazard reporting, investigations, corrective action management, and compliance tracking. The system must also facilitate safety inspections and audits, training and certification management, contractor safety management, and mobile or offline functionality. Additionally, the platform must deliver robust data analytics and executive reporting capabilities. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located exclusively in Canada. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office location. The City is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed specific key dates or financial limits in the initial request.
