RFI for Web-Based Strategic Quality Support System

The United States Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a web-based Strategic Quality Support System to assist with accreditation readiness and ongoing healthcare quality management activities. The agency requires a system capable of tracking, documenting, monitoring, and reporting accreditation and compliance-related activities across all required healthcare quality functions. This system must support the operational need to manage accreditation tasks efficiently while reducing the administrative burden on healthcare personnel. The scope of work covers managing accreditation, compliance, quality assurance, risk management, and performance improvement activities. The system must track and document between 4,000 and 5,000 accreditation and compliance-related tasks, providing automated reminders, alerts, and notifications for due, overdue, and non-compliant tasks. Additionally, the platform must support the monitoring and trending of deficiencies and corrective actions, provide centralized access to policies, procedures, and supporting documentation, and remain accessible to authorized staff through a secure web-based platform without requiring local installation. The agency has set aside this procurement opportunity exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Eligible organizations must be located onshore within the United States, and all work must be performed offsite.
