Cloud-based Finance Management and Procurement System

The National Concert Hall is seeking a vendor to deliver an end-to-end, cloud-based Finance Management and Procurement System, including implementation services and ongoing support. The agency needs to solve challenges related to manual processing by introducing automation, workflows, and system integration. This initiative aims to strengthen financial governance, enable real-time management reporting, ensure timely and accurate statutory and audit reporting, and provide robust budgeting, forecasting, and analytics. The scope of work covers application software delivery, software configuration, data transfer from the legacy system, testing assistance, training, and ongoing maintenance. The selected provider must install and configure the software, transfer data accurately, assist agency staff with acceptance testing, and resolve any components failing to meet specifications. Additionally, the project requires delivering training and materials to agency staff, alongside ongoing maintenance, support, upgrades, patching, and problem logging. Eligible organizations must be located onshore in Ireland. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
