The selected vendor will evaluate current payroll configurations, streamline the bi-weekly payroll process, and improve the payroll journal integrations with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management. The project scope covers conducting a functional review of the existing process for extracting payroll reporting data for the Public Employees Retirement System. The agency requires support for transitioning new hire benefits into PeopleSoft and implementing integrations between the PeopleSoft system and the recruitment software, NEOGOV. To optimize human resources functions, the vendor must identify methods to track rehire eligibility, track protected leaves, and recommend underutilized employee self-service capabilities. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of all work to occur offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.
