RFI for Remote Public Access Solutions

The Mississippi Administrative Office of Courts is seeking information on remote public access solutions for court records, audio recordings, and information within district, chancery, and circuit courts. The agency is trying to solve the challenge of providing secure, user-friendly, and reliable access to authorized court records for the public, justice partners, private companies, and other authorized users. The desired solution must support statewide public search functionality, mobile responsiveness, and compliance with applicable WCAG accessibility standards. The scope of work covers identity verification, authentication methods, user account management, payment processing capabilities, and cloud-hosted deployment options. The agency requires integration capabilities with case management systems and other court technologies through APIs, web services, and data synchronization methods. Additionally, the requested information must address cybersecurity, auditing, redaction, data ownership, disaster recovery, and protections against unauthorized data scraping. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this market research effort. The agency expects the performance of any future work to occur offsite at the selected vendor's office location. While the agency is currently looking for proposals to understand market pricing, the immediate deadline requires all questions regarding this request for information to be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
