Cloud-Based Financial and Accounting Software Implementation Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide cloud-based financial and accounting software implementation services. This project aims to establish a cohesive, user-friendly system with an open architecture to serve the agency water reclamation facility, wastewater conveyance system, pump stations, fleet management, and inventory. The requested system must integrate with Trimble Unity CMMS and operate effectively across various platforms, including Windows-based workstations, iOS devices, and other common mobile systems. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to deliver the financial system software, implementation services, training, and ongoing technical support. The vendor must provide all necessary licenses, extensions, modules, and web applications, as well as configure forms and reports. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
