Mentoring Connection Platform

The agency requires a solution that includes customizable member profiles with structured and open-text fields, secure in-platform messaging, automated and customizable notifications, and role-based administrative access. The scope of work also covers real-time visibility into enrollment, matches, and engagement, alongside compatibility with single sign-on or agency authentication systems. The agency requires data security, privacy standards compliance, a mobile-optimized app experience, and advanced analytics or custom reporting. Additionally, the selected provider must deliver program design or optimization consulting. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite.
