RFI for Pretrial Case Management System

The issuing agency is seeking information for a pretrial case management system to support end-to-end pretrial and specialty court operations. The agency needs a centralized system to manage all activities for program participants, including screening, multiple intake and program types, differential supervision, compliance tracking, and reporting. This solution must provide a holistic approach to pretrial and specialty court activities, offering multiple assessment types for both bail and alternatives to traditional case processing. The agency requires a validated, configurable risk assessment tool to support release and supervision decisions, with the ability to support reassessments over time. The system must also generate alerts and notifications for violations or upcoming events. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
