Cloud-Based Safety Management System

The issuing agency is seeking a comprehensive, cloud-based Safety Management System to provide an integrated platform for its safety operations. This system must support incident reporting and investigation, corrective action management, compliance tracking, safety inspections, training and certification management, contractor management, analytics and reporting, and mobile/offline functionality. Through this acquisition, the agency aims to improve regulatory compliance, enhance incident and claims management, strengthen risk management, and promote a proactive safety culture. The scope of work covers incident and event reporting, case and claims management, contractor safety management, inspections and audits, training and competency tracking, and knowledge and document management. The project also requires robust reporting, dashboards, and real-time analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Performance of the work will take place offsite over a contract period of three years. Eligible bidders must be Canadian organizations.
