Workday Cloud Connect for Learning Content Partner

The agency is seeking a strategic partnership with a Software-as-a-Service provider specializing in learning content to support a workforce of approximately 3,700 employees. The selected partner must offer a diverse, high-quality content library with state-of-the-art immersion experiences. This content must integrate directly and be accessible within the existing Workday Learning ecosystem through the Workday Cloud Connect for Learning platform. The required library must cover a broad range of topics including fair hiring practices, onboarding, technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development. The content must also address compliance, sexual harassment, cybersecurity, and workplace safety. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the financial structure.
