Wayfinding Signage Design, Fabrication and Installation Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to design, fabricate, and install wayfinding signage across twelve patient care units. This project aims to ensure safe, standardized, and code-compliant signage throughout the facility. The agency requires signage made of rigid, high-quality substrates such as acrylic or equivalent approved materials. The requested signage must feature a matte, non-glare finish to ensure ADA-compliant readability. The agency requires the signs to be ligature-resistant, vandal-resistant, shatterproof, and equipped with tamper-proof lettering and braille. Additionally, the signage must have smooth, non-porous surfaces that are easy to clean and disinfect. The vendor must inspect all areas prior to installation to identify any defects that may prevent proper installation of the new signs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the performance of the design and fabrication work to occur offsite.
