GIS Consulting Services

The Town of Castle Rock, Colorado, is seeking comprehensive Geographic Information Systems (GIS) consulting services to assess, stabilize, and manage its spatial data infrastructure. The agency needs to resolve critical system integration issues, specifically diagnosing and fixing synchronization failures between ArcGIS Online and OpenGov/Cartegraph. To prevent future system degradation, the agency requires the development of a structured governance framework and written Standard Operating Procedures to standardize data creation, schema changes, and quality control. The scope of work spans system assessment, governance development, and ongoing managed administration over a one-year contract period. The selected partner must inventory the ArcGIS Online architecture, catalog all hosted layers and applications, and review asset hierarchies within the OpenGov integration. Ongoing responsibilities include administering ArcGIS Online, monitoring the ArcGIS-to-OpenGov integration, and optimizing ArcGIS Field Maps workflows for field staff. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed onsite in Castle Rock, Colorado.
