Enterprise Storage Solution

The agency requires five years of technical support, available twenty-four hours a day, three hundred sixty-five days a year, via phone and web portal, including parts and onsite support as needed. The contract period will span three years, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations.
