Partner Surveyor for Professional Consulting Services

The Ohio government authority is seeking a partner surveyor to provide professional consulting services related to the surveying and marking of areas of interest on properties. This partner will advise agency staff on the prioritization of surveying needs and other recommended survey initiatives. The selected partner must conduct and present findings on land records, including easements, rights of way, utilities, and other legal agreements. The scope of work requires executing boundary and other surveying, as well as coordinating field work, agency coordination, and data collection under the direction of the agency. The partner must provide on-site problem-solving and troubleshooting for unforeseen site conditions or boundary discrepancies. Additionally, the agency requires the preparation of all documents, exhibits, legal descriptions, and submittals suitable for the recording of boundaries and related items. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
