Land Surveying Services

The Orange County government authority located in Santa Ana, California is seeking professional and technical land surveying services to support the development, construction, improvement, and maintenance of existing and future county projects. The agency requires these services to solve ongoing needs for professional oversight, field survey operations, and office computation drafting work. The selected Architect-Engineer must research and obtain copies of all records necessary for surveying, resurveying, mapping, and preparing legal descriptions and title investigations. The scope of work covers several specific surveying tasks to support County Public Works and other contract agencies. The Architect-Engineer must perform scour study surveys to provide annual scour and sediment information for determining sediment removal volumes or dirt replacement needs. Additionally, the agency requires topographic surveys and terrestrial laser scanning surveys to provide necessary planning, design, and analysis information. The selected provider must also prepare right-of-way maps, legal land descriptions and exhibits, traverse closure reports, and calculations in conformance with county standards. The agency requires the Architect-Engineer to order preliminary title reports and provide land title investigations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 22, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
