Janitorial Services

The Missouri state agency is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for a government authority building located in Cole, Missouri. The agency requires daily tasks to be performed Monday through Friday, weekly tasks to be performed at seven-day intervals, and monthly tasks to be completed within the first ten working days of every thirty-day interval. The agency reserves the right to add or delete areas of the building at any time, which will increase or decrease the cleanable square footage. The selected contractor must resolve any task that the agency determines in writing to be substandard, deficient, or incomplete. Personnel must be accompanied by agency or building tenant staff while performing services in the secure areas of the building. The contractor must fill foam soap dispensers with a good grade of undiluted, antiseptic foam hand soap. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The contract period will span one year. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific price signal.
