Janitorial Service

The City of White Plains, New York, requires comprehensive janitorial services for multiple municipal facilities. The agency is seeking a contractor to perform general cleaning across several key locations, including the public safety building, the White Plains Public Library, and the Youth Bureau. Within the public safety building, the required work covers the detention cells, locker rooms, restrooms, police department offices, and supporting areas on the lower level one, as well as restrooms on lower level two, the main floor, second-floor offices, and third-floor restrooms. The selected contractor must also clean the city courtrooms, restrooms, and supporting offices and areas within the public safety building. The selected contractor must perform all cleaning services onsite at the designated municipal facilities in White Plains. The agency intends to award a contract with a performance period of one year.
