The agency requires regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure sanitary, presentable, and well-maintained environments in both occupied and common-use areas. The selected contractor will handle routine floor care, restroom sanitation, furniture maintenance, breakroom cleaning, and surface disinfection. The scope of work covers sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all hard-surface and carpeted floors throughout the designated spaces. The contractor must clean and disinfect restrooms, which includes sanitizing toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, fixtures, partitions, and floors. Additional tasks include vacuuming and spot-cleaning upholstered furniture, deep cleaning fabric seating as needed, and wiping the exterior surfaces of breakroom appliances, counters, and tables. All work must be performed onsite at the Richmond, Virginia location. The agency is issuing this solicitation to receive competitive pricing proposals for a contract period of one year. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has scheduled a mandatory pre-proposal conference for June 18, 2026, which interested parties must attend to remain eligible for award.
