RFI for Healthcare Management Systems End User Solution

The Defense Health Agency is seeking an information technology vendor to provide a healthcare management systems end user solution. The agency needs to orchestrate support across eleven distinct user domains, unified by a centralized governance and shared services model. This initiative aims to resolve user workflow friction and ensure seamless transitions across both clinical staff and the beneficiary population. The scope of work requires ingesting cross-platform data from ServiceNow, Learning Management Systems, and Electronic Health Records to visualize user adoption. The selected vendor must provide rapid, centralized support with strict Service Level Agreements for incident resolution and First Contact Resolution. Additionally, the project covers orchestrating rapid intake, provisioning, and targeted training to guarantee a Day One Readiness user journey targeting a three-day net onboarding pipeline. Only onshore organizations based in the United States of America are eligible to participate in this market research effort. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite.
