Peoplesoft Human Capital Management Consulting Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive business process review of its PeopleSoft Human Capital Management environment. The agency needs to identify and implement system configurations and business process changes to improve functionality, minimize manual processes, and maximize its software investment. This project aims to streamline the bi-weekly payroll process, prevent errors, and optimize human resources functions within the system. The scope of work covers evaluating current payroll configurations, payroll journal processes, and integrations with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management. The selected vendor must conduct a functional review of the existing process for extracting payroll reporting data for upload to the Public Employees Retirement System. Additionally, the project requires supporting the transition of new hire benefits into PeopleSoft and implementing integrations between PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and NEOGOV. To optimize human resources functions, the vendor must identify methods to track rehire eligibility status and other types of protected leaves. The agency also requires an evaluation of employee self-service capabilities to recommend underutilized functionalities. Bidders must be United States organizations, and all project work will be performed offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services.
