Cloud-Based Financial and Accounting Software Implementation Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide cloud-based financial and accounting software implementation services. This project aims to establish a cohesive, user-friendly system with an open architecture to serve the agency water reclamation facility, wastewater conveyance system, pump stations, fleet management, inventory, and other appropriate facilities. The requested system must be multifunctional, flexible, robust, and capable of integrating with the Trimble Unity CMMS. The scope of work covers the installation, setup, and configuration of the financial system, including all necessary software, licenses, extensions, modules, and web applications. The contractor must configure forms and reports and integrate the software with existing systems. The system must operate effectively with minimal operational issues across various platforms, including Windows-based workstations, iOS devices, and other common mobile systems. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
