RFI for Mobile Ordering, Pickup, and Delivery Solution

The issuing agency is seeking information on a mobile ordering, pickup, and delivery solution to operate within an airport terminal. The agency needs a technology platform that enables passengers to order from multiple participating concessionaires through a single interface, integrating with existing point-of-sale, menu, inventory, loyalty, and payment systems. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of coordinating in-terminal delivery and pickup while maintaining food quality, retail merchandise condition, order accuracy, and seamless customer communication. The scope of work covers the development of operational models for staffing, badging, handoff, dispatch, and service standards. The requested solution must incorporate the delivery system onto the agency website, display real-time merchandise quality and quantity, and notify users and concessionaires of order status. Additionally, the system must track and report performance metrics such as order fulfillment times, delivery times, customer satisfaction, transaction volumes, and system uptime. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to understand potential revenue, fee, and cost structures that minimize the burden on concessionaires while maintaining value for passengers.
