Italy - GLOBAL - Microsoft Technologies Systems Administration Services

The World Food Programme is seeking a vendor to provide Microsoft technologies systems administration services on a global scale. The agency requires a comprehensive approach to managing hybrid identity, including Active Directory, Entra ID, synchronization, authentication, single sign-on, and Conditional Access. Additionally, the selected partner must manage Microsoft 365 workloads, Azure services, and integration with existing on-premises systems. The scope of work covers the onboarding of new services, applications, and workloads within the Microsoft ecosystem, alongside Software as a Service integration using Entra ID. The agency also requires methodologies for security configuration, monitoring, compliance within Microsoft platforms, and lifecycle management, which includes configuration changes, service evolution, and feature enablement. Work will be performed entirely offsite. The opportunity is open to global bidders worldwide who can deliver these remote services.
