Environmental Health and Safety Record Management System

The university system of higher education is seeking a comprehensive, internet-based records management system to service all aspects of its environmental health and safety program. The agency needs a flexible solution to address a wide array of inspections, compliance reporting, and asset and chemical inventory management practices. This system must create visibility into campus-wide safety issues, incidents, budget, and risk to drive safety outcomes. The requested program must be user-friendly and allow end users to service or edit the system without any coding. The agency requires mobile device usability and prefers that the provider host the services. Additionally, the solution must include vendor management capabilities and the ability to capture, manage, and catalog pricing, costs, equipment, and resource pricing. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore United States organizations. The scope of work specifies that the performance of all work will occur offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will span two years.
