RFI for Clinical Data Management Support Service

The government authority located in Maryland is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing comprehensive data management support to its clinical research program. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing, structuring, and quality-assuring clinical research data across both current and legacy databases. This initiative aims to streamline protocol-specific data processes and ensure readiness for regulatory and sponsor audits. The scope of work covers gathering and entering protocol data into databases tailored to the specific needs of each protocol, including specialized transplant-related protocols. The selected partner must develop and structure data management processes, prepare data and reports for audits, and provide process overviews to new clinical teams. All work will be performed offsite over a contract period of one year. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to understand market capabilities and budget expectations.
